This is a VERY busy street during school and commuter hours. Numbers will be given out at the curb beginning at 7:30am. No parking will be allowed until 8:30 to keep all lanes clear.

Combo Moving & Consignment Sale
August 19-20 9am–3pm
This is a combination down-size and consignment in a lovely home with some fabulous items. The host estate includes Deco and Art Nouveau pieces as well as some Mid-Century.
There are also several very nice items of landscape decor and outdoor furniture and a great collection of barware.
Consignment pieces include a sword collection, fantastic pottery, Arts & Crafts-style furniture, and some great art.
We will also be bringing in several items from a Maryville estate including canes and extensive Jazz LP collection, along with other goodies.

UPDATE***
Monday will be “DISCOUNT DAY”…We will be offering the entire remaining stock of collectibles at significant discounts. Many of you have already gotten some great goodies. This is your opp to grab up the ones you may have passed on the first time. If you haven’t gotten by, we have spots open for Saturday before the pickens slim significantly! Just call Barb (548-2272 9am- noon) to be sure there is room for you.
This is a small house JAMMED with several collections of a former antiques and collectibles dealer. There are a few nice pieces of furniture, several lamps, old tools, and some outdoor items, but very little of practical use.
This is a sale for real collectors!!!
Due to the quantity of inventory and location challenges, we are offering this estate by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please contact us with your first and second choices of appointment times and the number of people in your party. You will receive a return email confirmation with your appointment time and directions. We will only be able to accommodate 6-8 folks per hour appointment slot so it is critical that you arrive on time. Late or unscheduled shoppers may be denied access.
